What clinicians want to know before they start.

One sentence is enough, for example: “I'm recording our conversation so I don't have to type up the notes while we talk — is that alright with you?” If they decline, you document as before; recording never starts on its own. The duty to inform and to document remains yours — we provide the tool, not the legal assessment of your setting. Prof. Vernazza describes in the interview how this plays out in daily practice.

Yes. Swiss German is recognised and documented in standard German, as are French and Italian — including when the conversation switches between them. For drug names, clinical terms and referring physicians you store your own vocabulary so the spelling is right. The best test is an existing recording from your own specialty.

You are. Meeting Metrics produces a draft, not a finished record — the clinical judgement and the sign-off remain a physician's task. To make reviewing fast, every statement links to its place in the transcript: one click shows you what a sentence is based on, instead of listening to the whole recording again.

Via PDF, Word or structured text that you transfer into your system — you define the field structure through your template so it matches your input mask. There is no automatic interface to individual practice or hospital systems today; tell us which system you use and we'll talk specifics.

It stays in Switzerland and you decide for how long. Recording and transcript can be deleted manually right away or automatically after a retention period you set — for example immediately after the record is signed off. Your data does not train any models, neither ours nor those of third parties.
