SubjectSummary of our conversation

Hello Mr Keller, thank you for the conversation. As discussed, you'll receive the quote by Friday, and we'll define the pilot start in September together.

Every account with a history, not from memory.

  • History documented per customer
  • Prepare QBRs with facts, not recollection
  • Handovers without losing knowledge

Anna Meier 10:04

For the renewal we need a clear statement on the SAP connector by the end of the quarter.

Thomas Keller 10:05

The connector is planned. Data quality from the legacy systems matters more to us.

Anna Meier 10:07

Understood. I'll prepare an overview with examples for the QBR.

Prepared for the call. With the whole team's knowledge.

  • Preparation from team knowledge, not CRM archaeology
  • Objections and competitors at a glance
  • Coaching based on real conversations
What is Meier AG comparing us against?

In the last three conversations, an in-house solution and SAP integration came up most.

Trust in the customer meeting

The four questions that come before the first call.

At the other end is a customer, not a colleague. So here are the answers before you have to ask.

If your compliance requires the AI processing to stay in-house: in the Enterprise plan it runs on dedicated Swiss servers.

01

Announcement & consent

The recording never starts automatically. You announce it and wait for the answer. If several people or several countries are on the call, you obtain consent from everyone — the legal assessment stays with you.

02

English, dialect, mixed

57 languages including Swiss German, even when the call switches between dialect, standard German and English. You choose the language of the debrief, and you store product names as your own vocabulary.

03

Team & access

Roles, user groups and folders determine who sees which conversations. A team lead can be given access to their team's calls — automatic scoring of employees deliberately does not exist.

04

Switzerland & retention

Hosting and storage exclusively in Switzerland, compliant with the revised Swiss FADP. You can delete recordings manually at any time; an automatic retention period for the whole team can be set depending on your plan.

The difference

The same call. Two completely different pipelines.

The debrief gets written either while the conversation is still fresh — or in the evening, between two more appointments.

Before

The call is over. The follow-up work begins.

Taking notes during the call half your attention

Debrief afterwards from memory

Objections & responsibilities captured with gaps

Result

Pipeline built from fragments

What was really decided in the conversation is nowhere written down in full.

With Meeting Metrics

FAQ

What sales teams want to know before they start.

Missing a question? Write to us directly.

No, there is no meeting bot. You record with the desktop app or the mobile app, or you upload an existing recording from Zoom, Teams or Meet. That has an advantage in a customer meeting: no unfamiliar participant appears in the list that your counterpart wants explained. For on-site appointments the same route works.
One sentence at the start is enough, for example: “I'm recording our conversation so that I can send you a clean summary afterwards instead of taking notes — is that all right with you?” Actually sending that summary afterwards turns the question into an offer. If someone says no, you run the call without recording — it never starts by itself. With several participants, or with people abroad, you obtain consent from everyone and follow the rules that apply there.
For HubSpot there is a direct integration: you send the signed-off debrief from the app to the matching contact. For other CRMs — Salesforce or Pipedrive, for example — there is no direct interface today; there you take the result over as structured text, PDF or Word. Tasks from the call additionally go to Jira, Teamwork or Microsoft To Do.
Yes, speaker identification is available from the Pro plan. It separates the voices and assigns statements to people — useful when several roles in the buying centre speak up and you want to know later who raised the objection. In the Free plan you get the transcript without speaker assignment.
Yes. For every type of conversation you define your own fields — MEDDIC criteria in the discovery call and open points in the negotiation, for example. Alternatively, you upload your existing conversation template and Meeting Metrics takes over its structure.
Usually a few minutes after the conversation ends; transcription and analysis run in the background while you are already in the next appointment. Long calls take correspondingly longer. It is only finished once you have read it and signed it off — the draft goes nowhere before you check it.
