What happens to your file when you analyze a meeting? At Meeting Metrics, the process is clearly defined and your privacy is at the center.

Data Processing – Step by Step

The audio or video file is stored on a server in Switzerland after upload. Then the technical processing takes place – also entirely in Switzerland: The file is converted into a standardized format and compressed.

For transcription and optional speaker recognition, it is temporarily transmitted to an AI server in St. Gallen. An open-source model is used there – the file itself is not stored, only processed. The results (e.g., transcript, speaker roles) are transferred back to the Swiss server and stored there.

Depending on the subscription model, further analysis is performed locally or via an external AI API:

  1. In the Free, Basic, or Pro Plan, the transcript – but not the original file – is transmitted to an API such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  2. In the Enterprise Plan, the entire processing remains in Switzerland.

Data Protection According to Swiss Standards

Meeting Metrics relies on clear principles:

  1. Files never leave Switzerland at any time
  2. Processing is done only with transparent models
  3. External systems never get access to audio content
  4. Enterprise users benefit from full data sovereignty
