On the Enterprise plan, the AI language model runs on our own servers in Switzerland instead of in a US cloud. Your recordings, transcripts and minutes never leave Switzerland at any point. This is the solution for law firms, financial service providers, healthcare and public authorities with strict requirements.
Yes. Meeting Metrics transcribes 57 languages — including Swiss German. Even mixed meetings (dialect, standard German, French and English all jumbled together) are processed cleanly. You get the minutes in the language of your choice.
Yes, from the Pro plan on. Speaker detection (diarization) separates the voices automatically and time-stamps every statement. You can then name the speakers — "Speaker 1" becomes "Anna, Finance".
Yes, it's one of the core features. You define your own templates — structure, sections, tone — or upload an existing template as PDF/Word, and Meeting Metrics adopts the structure. Every set of minutes then follows your standard.
We can build direct integrations for Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet on request. By default, however, we deliberately use our own native desktop app instead of a meeting bot. You decide exactly when recording starts and stops and remain fully in control at all times — without wondering whether a bot has joined the meeting. Before the meeting, you can add context files and notes and select the appropriate template. You can add further notes during the meeting. This keeps the recording, context and desired output under your control from the outset. For us, the advantages of our own desktop app therefore clearly outweigh the alternatives.
